What this site collects
When you send an inquiry through this site you give me your name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number, your Instagram handle, where you are based, and whatever you write and upload about the tattoo you have in mind. The form is hosted by Jotform, which stores what you send on my behalf. The site itself runs on Wix, which records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, so that the site works and I can see basic traffic figures. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
What I do with it
I read every inquiry myself. I use what you send to answer you, to think about the piece and to arrange the appointment. Your reference images are used for your project only. I do not sell your data and I do not pass it to anyone beyond the services that make this site and this form work — Wix and Jotform — which process it for me under their own terms. I keep inquiries for as long as we might still work together, and I delete them when you ask me to.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Send the request through the inquiry page and I will do it. If the way I handle your data worries you, you can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) in Portugal.
